Our pricing rule
Before paid work begins, the application summary, fixed payment link or written quote states:
- the service and exact route;
- total private-service fee;
- currency and payment method;
- what is included;
- what is excluded;
- delivery or review target;
- what must happen before the timing starts;
- correction and non-refund conditions;
- any third-party or government fee known at that stage.
An exact calculated tourist-invitation or e‑visa assistance price is visible before passport number and biographical details. Business invitations, out-of-band durations and exceptional route cases still use a written quote. Travel-insurance requests show only an indicative minimum until age, dates, entries, cover and insurer acceptance are checked.

These prices pay for the named private service, not a visa decision. Government, consular, insurance, courier, visa-centre and bank fees remain separate unless the application summary and fixed payment link explicitly say otherwise.
Exact invitation prices
Choose the traveller’s passport, inclusive travel dates and number of entries. The calculator then shows the exact price per traveller and the group total before it asks for passport details. There is no universal country fallback hidden behind the headline price.
Standard options cover single or double entry for trips of up to 30 or 90 days and multiple entry for trips of up to 180 days, where that route is available. Longer stays, unusual itineraries and categories other than tourism receive a written quote before any payment request.
What changes the cost of an invitation
Invitation category
Tourist confirmation and a business invitation are produced through different routes. A business request may involve a host, official channel and lead time that do not exist in a standard tourist-support order.
Entries and duration
Single, double and multiple-entry requests can require different eligibility and processing. A longer or repeated travel pattern should be assessed rather than silently added to a basic product.
Nationality and application location
Reciprocity and consular practices can affect what route is available and which documents are accepted. The quote should describe the route it assumes.
Urgency
An expedited document option, where genuinely available, may cost more. “Urgent invitation” never means “urgent visa decision”; consular processing remains a separate clock.
Corrections or changed plans
A typo in supplied passport data is different from an issuer error. A new travel date after issuance is a change of plan. The written quote and correction policy should distinguish them.
What changes the cost of e‑visa assistance
The review is fixed at EUR 60 per traveller, with the official fee separate. The EUR 129 assisted package includes guided preparation and one standard official application fee where payable. Both scopes tell you whether they include:
- initial eligibility and purpose check;
- passport transcription review;
- portrait and passport-image feedback;
- review of all application sections;
- one follow-up round;
- guided session controlled by the applicant;
- issued e‑visa and pre-travel check.
For the assisted package, Global Voyage arranges the included fee through the official process. The current official instructions describe that fee as non-refundable regardless of outcome and exempt children under six. An assisted application for a child under six is held for a written price adjustment before payment. The EUR 60 review follows the separate private-service terms and leaves official payment to the applicant. An ineligible trip is stopped before payment rather than converted into a paid e‑visa order.
Travel insurance price requests
For trips of up to 30 days, the order form can calculate an indicative EUR 2 per traveller/day, based only on travel dates and group size. Longer trips go directly to a written quote rather than silently stopping the calculation at day 30. The displayed number is not a bindable insurance premium. Birth year, exact dates, entries, required coverage, activities, destination wording and the insurer’s acceptance can change the final price.
The written offer must name the insurer, insured people, territory, dates, coverage limit, assistance contact, exclusions and final premium before purchase. Global Voyage can arrange the request and check the certificate; the named insurer, not the invitation issuer, carries the insured risk.
Costs that usually remain separate
Unless a written quote expressly includes them, budget independently for:
- official e‑visa or consular fee, except the one standard e‑visa fee explicitly included in the assisted package;
- visa application centre service charge;
- travel medical insurance;
- passport photographs;
- translation, notarisation or legalisation where required;
- courier or return postage;
- transport and accommodation;
- immigration lawyer or sanctions specialist.
One total can look convenient while hiding who controls each charge. A clear list is more useful.
Comparing providers fairly
Put quotes side by side using the same questions:
- What exact document or review will I receive?
- Who issues the invitation, and can I identify them?
- Does the service first check that I need it?
- When does delivery timing begin?
- Are official and third-party fees included?
- What happens if data is wrong?
- What happens if the route is unsuitable?
- Does anyone promise visa approval?
If one provider says “from 12” and another says “38 total,” those numbers are not comparable until scope, currency, taxes, entries and issuer are known.
Payment boundaries
We design the commercial flow around four boundaries:
- no payment for the public route checker;
- no hidden subscription;
- no request for an official portal password;
- no card details accepted through ordinary email or chat.
Payment instructions should identify the merchant and amount. A receipt should name the purchased service. If those two names do not make sense together, stop and ask.
How “from” prices are used
We use “from” only where the next screen calculates the total for the selected passport, duration and entries. The route, issuer, tariff status and total are shown before sensitive passport details are submitted.
