Invitation pricing

How much does a Russian visa invitation cost?

Our tourist invitation starts at EUR 24 per traveller. The calculator shows the exact price for the passport, dates and entries before personal details.

Reviewed

The cost of a Russian visa invitation depends on its category. Our tourist calculator starts at EUR 24 per traveller, then uses passport nationality, inclusive trip length and entries. Business and other invitation routes are quoted separately.

Before asking for passport or biographical details, the order screen shows the product, issuer, traveller count, currency and whether the price is fixed or requires review.

Find the price for your trip

Select the traveller’s passport, inclusive travel dates and number of entries. The calculator shows the price per traveller and the total before it asks for passport details. It does not replace an unknown country with a generic amount.

Standard tourist options cover single or double entry for up to 30 or 90 days and multiple entry for up to 180 days, where available. Longer stays, unusual itineraries and non-tourist categories receive a written quote.

What you are paying for

For tourist support, the private fee can cover:

  • route and data review;
  • authorised host issuance;
  • tourist confirmation and voucher delivery;
  • application-use instructions;
  • defined correction support.

For business support, it can also reflect host arrangements, official channel, requested entries, nationality-specific eligibility and longer processing.

The main price variables

Category

Tourist, business, private, study and work invitations are different services. “Russian invitation from…” is meaningless if the category appears only after personal details are requested.

Entries and validity

A request for repeated entries or a longer period can require a different invitation route and evidence. It is not always a simple price upgrade and is never an approval guarantee.

Citizenship

Available formats, reciprocity and processing can differ by nationality. Country of residence can affect the application location, though citizenship drives many visa rules.

Timing

Expedited issuance, where genuinely available, can add cost. Verify which clock is faster: invitation preparation or government visa processing.

Issuer and channel

A basic electronic tourist-support document and a formal business invitation channel have different operational costs. The provider should identify the issuer and deliverable.

Costs outside the invitation

Budget separately for:

  • consular or official e‑visa fee;
  • visa-centre service fee;
  • insurance;
  • photograph;
  • translation or notarisation;
  • courier;
  • specialist legal advice;
  • travel bookings.

An invitation provider controls only its own described fee. Ask before assuming one price includes the Russian government and the return courier.

The zero-cost possibility

If the unified e‑visa fits, the invitation cost is zero because no invitation is required. You may still pay the official e‑visa fee, insurance and optional private review.

If a visa-free agreement applies, both invitation and visa fees may be absent, subject to its conditions. This is why routing belongs above pricing.

Comparing two quotes

Create six columns:

Check Quote A Quote B
Exact document and category
Issuer identity
Total and currency
Delivery target starts when
Corrections included
Third-party fees excluded

Only compare totals after each row is filled. A $10 headline plus a $25 “registry validation” is not cheaper than a transparent $30 total.

Warning signs

  • price revealed only after passport upload;
  • mandatory fee added after payment;
  • unexplained “embassy registration” charge;
  • subscription disguised as one document;
  • crypto transfer to an unrelated person without contract context;
  • fee for guaranteed approval;
  • no clear correction and non-refund terms;
  • currency conversion left until card statement.

What a fair quote looks like

A useful quote might say, in substance:

Regular tourist visa support for one traveller; named issuer; one defined itinerary; electronic delivery; one correction if our output differs from approved data; total in stated currency; official visa fee, insurance and courier excluded; timing begins after payment and complete approved data.

The numbers can vary. The sentence should not.

Common questions

How much is the tourist invitation from Russian Visa Letter?

It starts at EUR 24 per traveller. Select the passport, inclusive dates and entries to see the exact price before entering passport details.

Is a more expensive invitation more likely to get a visa?

Not simply because it costs more. The correct category, authorised issuance, accurate data and complete application matter; the authority does not award visas by retail price.

Should consular fees be included in the invitation price?

Treat them as separate unless the provider clearly states otherwise. Invitation service, official visa fee, visa-centre fee, insurance and courier are different costs.
