Russian Visa Letter is operated by Global Voyage. Global Voyage also issues the tourist voucher and confirmation sold through this site. There is no unnamed fulfilment company between the order and the document.

The federal tour-operator register is the place to check the RTO number and inbound-tourism scope. The Federal Tax Service register is the place to match the legal name, INN and OGRN. Register records can change, so use the live links rather than a screenshot copied into a message.
What Global Voyage supplies
For the ordinary tourist-visa route, the deliverable is a digital tourist voucher and confirmation of acceptance of a foreign tourist. It should contain the issuer, traveller, passport, dates, entries and itinerary information used for that order.
Once complete and correct data is received, the usual document target is one business day. That is the operator’s working target, not a promise about consular processing or visa approval. A manager checks unusual passports, routes and dates before confirming the order.
Business, private, work and study invitations use different hosts or official channels. RTO 026330 is evidence for the tourist-support role; it is not presented as blanket authority for every visa category.
A two-minute check
- Match the legal name and RTO number with the public register.
- Match every letter of the traveller’s name and passport number.
- Check arrival, departure, entries and cities against the real trip.
- Use the 10-character code printed beside the QR code to open the issuer’s live check.
- If anything differs, contact Global Voyage before submitting the visa application.
The registry check answers “who is the operator?”. The document check answers “does this invitation match this traveller?”. You need both answers. Neither one turns a private company into an embassy, and neither can guarantee a government decision.
Who answers after the order
The order is sent to the Global Voyage service inbox. A real manager can confirm the route, the price, missing information and the expected delivery time. If Global Voyage copied correctly supplied data incorrectly, it corrects or reissues the document without another service fee. If the traveller approved incorrect data or changes the trip, a new issue may be chargeable.
That is the whole chain: a named operator, a named issuer, a checkable document and a contact who can fix it.
